Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about visitors under 16 years old, unless they have parental or guardian consent. However, we cannot verify if a visitor is over 16. Viewing, modifying, or deleting data

This means you can submit a request to us to receive the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or to another, designated by you mentioned organization, to be sent. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data portability of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data to hello@athletesportsworld.com. To ensure that the access request was made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We respond as soon as possible, but within four weeks, to your request. AthleteSportsWorld also wants to point out that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Data Protection Authority.

AthleteSportsWorld takes the protection of your data seriously and implements appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized alteration.
